ABOUT ME

Jackie Ortiz (she/they) is a creative and community advocate deeply committed to DEIA and building equitable, safe spaces.
Based in Pasadena, California, Jackie is a freelance marketing specialist. She's also severely uncomfortable talking in the third-person, so let's just stop that part here 😉.

My work lives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and community. I bring over a decade of experience building brand presence, leading integrated marketing campaigns, and shaping creative concepts that actually resonate. I’ve had the joy and challenge of connecting artists, businesses, and personal brands with the people they’re meant to reach, and doing it in ways that feel human, thoughtful, and intentional.

When I'm not slanging creative, I'm on the quest for the perfect cup of boba, traveling in my DIY campervan, or creating short-form video content. Learn more about my food writing & travel adventures here.
